God’s Amazing Grace
Thank you for listening to my story of God’s grace in my life.
After my husband, Dale Flinn, went to Heaven on December 13, 2022, when I attended my church, I thanked my church family for their prayers and cards. I also told them the Bible says Jesus bore our grief and sorrow, and He bore mine because I was too weak.
The following months I have enjoyed peace and joy. Sometimes I wondered if I were human, because I wasn’t missing my husband of 71 years. God knew I had some questions, so on October 9, 2023, the Holy Spirit revealed to me that Dale and I are one in the Spirit in Christ Jesus. He also said what I have been enjoying is a portion of the greater peace and joy Dale has in Heaven now. When I shared this with my 40-year-old granddaughter, Kristiina, she said, “Grandpa always shared everything with you when he was on earth. What makes you think he would stop now?”
I’m 90 years old and live alone, but I am not lonely. I thank God for His love and amazing grace.
